Training An Introduction.
As well as training its own staff to a high level, St Austell Brewery also runs a variety of training courses for others employed in the Licensing and Food Management sectors. All St Austell Brewery training is delivered by experienced staff, accredited by the British Institute of Innkeeping (by whom we are recognised as a centre of excellence) the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the Wines and Spirits Education Trust. Training is delivered at our own centre and at venues throughout Cornwall. Other industry specific courses are also available for your business we work in a collaborative partnership with Cornwall College Training to offer Apprenticeships and NVQs throughout Cornwall.
